Shipping policy
Sorry but we are not able to post to PO Boxes if you choose sendle delivery. If you want to send to a PO box, please choose Australia Post services.
Where possible, we use Sendle to ship our parcels as they can be the cheapest. Sendle is a 100% carbon neutral delivery service and certified B Corporation. Sendle only operates with Authority to Leave on parcels under 5kgs. Most parcels will be under 5kgs which means that they are automatically assigned as "Authority to Leave" and will not require a signature.
There are rare occasions where Sendle is unavailable to a regional or rural address, in which case we use Australia Post. All postage costs are calculated upon checkout via their express service and you will be provided a tracking number which you can enter here.
We endeavor to send all parcels the same business day the order is placed, on the odd occasion we may need up to 3 business days. If you have any issues or need something urgently, please email and we will do our best to get your parcel sent as soon as possible.
